Enhanced Video Becomes Key Exhibit in $8M Wrongful Death Settlement

The video became so central to the attorneys’ presentation that Della Donna recalled entering mediation without a traditional mediation brief.

By breaking the surveillance footage down frame by frame, the attorneys were able to visually present critical moments surrounding the incident rather than relying solely on written argument.
